Code is almost solved.
Product is not.

I build products and the systems used to build them. VP roles at Klarna and Rackspace, created OpenStack Keystone, three successful exits. Today, I'm focused on what comes after code generation — defining product intent and constraints that AI can execute reliably, not one-shot after one-shot.

Current Projects

Building

Launchfile: turning product definitions into working systems. Surface Protocol: formalizing what a "product" is so AI can build without drifting from intent.

The Thesis

Low-level code generation is largely solved — but production-grade systems thinking is not. Defining product, UX, and architectural constraints remains an open field. Getting autonomous AI to diligently abide by those constraints — without human oversight at every step — is the real unsolved problem.
